Cookie Dough Slices


  • 250g brazil nuts
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Cardamon pods, deshelled
  • Vanilla essence
  • Handful of dried fruits or berries
  • Half a bar of dark chocolate
  1. In a high speed blender, blend the brazil nuts until they resemble cous cous
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined
  3. Transfer to a bread loaf tin and press down firmly
  4. Add fruit on top and press it down a little to make sure it doesn’t move
  5. Slowly melt the dark chocolate
  6.  Drizzle chocolate over your cookies dough loaf 
  7. Put it in the freezer for 30 min
  8. Store in the fridge
